Dr Vojislav Ilic is former Senior Lecturer and now Adjunct Fellow in the Western Sydney University’s School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics. He obtained his PhD at the University of Sydney, MEngSc and BSc (Tech) at University of New South Wales and Diploma at RMIT University, Melbourne. He has had extensive industrial experience (including research at ANSTO and CSIRO in Australia) and held research positions in the US at UCSB and Dartmouth College prior to joining Western Sydney University. He is a Fellow and Life Member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers and a former Leader of the ASME Asia-Pacific District. He has been a Board member of INEER (an international Engineering Education leadership forum) since its inception and a former Board member of AUSTOOL (an Australian industry forum).
His current research interests are principally on intersection between engineering and medicine, particularly as reflected within the realm of lifestyle. He is also passionate about education.
